Wellness Massage

Using our signature essential oil blend of sage, pink lotus sands, & citrus cream - this custom massage is a blend of Swedish, sports, and deep tissue based on the client's needs.

Your therapist will work with reflex points using their fingers or designated tools to bring the body back to balance, aiding the body to work as well as it can. Many clients describe a sense of relaxation and increased energy following their session.

​A very light technique targeted to treat specific medical conditions. This massage helps the body maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance, and immune functions.

​Manual Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy helps loosen tight muscles, detoxes muscles, and promotes cell repair. It may also help facilitate the flow of qi in the body and help with the body's resistance to pathogens. This treatment is performed on a certain few muscle groups each session. Clients often get this therapeutic treatment for pain management, anti-inflammatory, post-operation, to create an even blood flow, reduce cellulite, and to promote all-over well-being.

​Stone Massage

Hot, cold, or hybrid (a mix of the two). Hot Stone Massage relieves aches and pains, as well as reduces stress. It can also help relieve menstrual symptoms. The heat of the stones is extremely relaxing. Cold Stone Massage does the reverse of its heated counterpart - it contracts blood vessels, which stimulates the nervous system. Cold Stone Massage reduces inflammation, easing muscular injury and reinvigorating the body. Cold stones can also boost energy levels. Used together in a Hybrid Stone treatment helps create a relaxing, restorative therapy like no other.

Trigger point therapy of the neck, face, and scalp. Using peppermint and jojoba oils and cold stones, this treatment is perfect for those who suffer from tension headaches or migraines. You will feel relief from pain & stiffness in the neck and gain renewed energy from this session.

​Intra-Oral Massage for TMJD

​Intra oral massage is a powerful tool when treating jaw pain that can be caused by teeth grinding, forward head posture, headaches, and even a hip imbalance! Includes face and scalp work.
